Thank you for serving as an Invest Southwest/Venture Madness sponsor.

As a sponsor, your organization receives many benefits, and we’re excited to promote you as a key part of the Invest Southwest ecosystem. If you have questions about the benefits of your sponsorship level, please  refer to the 2017 sponsor toolkit to familiarize yourself with them, then click START SPONSOR SUBMISSION to submit your information and files. Note that key dates and deadlines are below.

Once you begin the submission form, please submit as much info as possible in all (5) sections by clicking CONTINUE TO NEXT SECTION until you reach the final page. Then review your data and click SUBMIT.

NOTE: You can leave sections blank if they are not applicable, however, you must still click through to the final page and click SUBMIT otherwise we may not receive your sponsor data.

IMPORTANT DUE DATES:

  1. Sponsor Information & Overview – Due Friday, December 9 2016
  2. Mentor Submission – Due Monday, December 12, 2016
  3. VMC Attendance & Hotel – Due Friday, January 6, 2016
  4. Marketing Materials – Due Friday, January 13, 2016

For all sponsors providing handouts / giveaways for the conference bags, shipping instructions will be emailed by Friday, January 13, 2016.
